Are in recovery or professional ‘peer recovery coaches’
Physically Active; working out, walking, yoga, weight lifting, cycling, running
Have legal, philosophical or human rights background
Are living with and coping with illnesses including; diabetes, hypertension, depression, stress, anxiety, obesity
Are a healthcare professional, health care organization staff, behavioral health specialist, social service background
Have Smart Phone/ Computer/zoom literacy
Willing to abide by rules of confidence (HIPPA) but comfortable with some self-disclosure
Prior teaching or leadership experience (i.e. leading a group, tutoring, etc.)
